We like to take care over each and every plant stand or item that we send off to a new home. In general we will aim to have created and dispatched your order no later than 3 working days after it was placed. Very occasionally this attention to detail will add a day onto production times but we’ll let you know if this is the case and you’ll be notified when your parcel has been posted.

Handmade items always take that little longer to finish perfectly. To that end, our aim is to process and post each new order within no more than 3 working days.

For UK packages the service we use most often is RoyalMail 48 which means once posted your items will be with you inside 2 working days.

International items are all sent out Tracked and Signed. You’ll find country specific details of delivery times and costs at checkout.

We hate it when companies add on and mark up delivery costs at the very last minute. Delivery to the UK will always be free when your order comes to £29 or more, and for orders falling below this value we will search high and low for the best courier deals on the market.

For international buyers we promise to pass on freight costs at low business prices. No mark ups.

For small and medium parcels in the UK we use Royal Mail, large parcels get handled by Hermes. 

All parcels sent overseas will be couriered by FedEx.

Not to worry. First off we’re sorry the item you were looking forward to receiving has failed to meet expectations.

​Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know that you would like to return your item and why

​Package up and post back you items to us in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

​Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (plants or flowers)
Items on sale

We always capture and record the condition of items as they are being packed and so it will be straightforward to reclaim damages from the courier. We’ll do this on your behalf.

​For now, drop us a message with a picture of the damage and we’ll begin the process of sending you out a new item.

Our plant stand top pieces are made from the highest-grade birch plywood and our legs from solid beech wood. Insert nuts and screws allow the legs to be removed, which as our range continues to expands will permit various combinations of our modular units.

Silicone bumpons are added to the base of each leg to protect surfaces and prevent the unit from slipping. Our plastic plant pots are made by Elho from recycled plastic

On our roadmap we’re aiming to offer custom laser engraving soon. Custom engraving will allow logos or personalised messages to be added to the surface of birch plywood. A step up from a personalised pens I’m sure you’ll agree.

We’re planning something special on the plant front, but for now we’ll have to reluctantly say we do not offer houseplants for sale.

To make up for this our plant stands come with a free liner pot to help you transfer your favourite plant neatly into the colourful Elho pots.

We are happy to recommend a number of small independent plant sellers who have shops on Etsy. 

Following routing our birch plywood is cleaned before being protected with Osmo Polyx Oil Raw. This protective wood oil dries to a clear, matte finish and retains the natural appearance of untreated wood. The plant stands are thus protected against liquid spills, scratching and scuffing. A final polishing sand completes the treatment process.

The Elho Brussels plant pots are watertight and so do not feature any drainage holes. To more easily manage watering and give your plants the best chance at remaining healthy we would recommend not planting directly into the Elho pot but into one which is free draining. We provide a free liner plant pot with drainage holes to make this as straightforward as possible.
